Return Policy

General Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for regular-priced items or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be for the value of the merchandise minus any shipping fees.

International Shipping:  Any returns of merchandise requested outside of the United States, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: All sale, special promotions and discounted items are non-refundable, However, exchanges for a different size are permitted. You may also receive a refund in the form of a gift card for future purchases. 

Non-Refundable Items Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Due to the intimate nature of the items, all underwear is final sale.

Condition of Returned Items All items returned must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as they arrived, including all labels/tags intact.

Exchange Process

How to Exchange for a Different Size?

To exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at info@huit.com. you may also contact customer care at 310-289-8044. You will receive a return label via email. Print the provided packing slip and return label and mail it back with the items. We will ship the new items to you once the merchandise has been returned and inspected.

Refund Processing

When to Expect Your Refund

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement, as processing times vary by bank. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only and will exclude shipping fees.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
  • Intimate garments must be tried on over underwear or other clothing and cannot be returned once worn.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact. Items, especially bras, must be returned in the original carton or a similar protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer in sellable condition due to exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • One prepaid USPS return label is permitted per order.
  • Shipping, handling, gift box charges, and gift cards are non-refundable.
