At HUIT, we believe confidence starts with comfort. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right, with a return and exchange experience that’s as seamless and supportive as the lingerie we create.


Easy Returns – Wherever You Are

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, from anywhere in the world.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners intact
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery date

Please Note:

  • Underwear is final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for a refund, but may be returned for store credit only

Exchanges – Find Your Perfect Fit

Need a different size or style? We offer size exchanges:

  1. Contact us at info@huit.com
  2. You will receive a return label and packing slip via email
  3. Ship your item back — your exchange will be sent once your item is received and inspected

International customers: Exchanges are available, but return shipping is at your expense.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment, minus original shipping costs
  • Sale items are not eligible for monetary refunds, but can be returned for store credit
  • Please allow 2–4 business days for processing after your return is received
  • Credit card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement

Non-Refundable Items

  • Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Original shipping and handling fees
  • Sale items (eligible only for store credit)
